NOW® Vitamin D3 Softgels provide this important vitamin in a highly absorbable liquid capsule. Vitamin D is normally obtained from food or produced through the skin from UV solar energy, but it is not found in very large quantities in food. However, as fewer people expose themselves to sunlight, a vitamin D supplement is necessary to ensure that your body is getting enough of it.

Take 1 soft capsule once weekly or as directed by your doctor with a meal containing fat.
