| Description |
HMB (ß-Hydroxy-ß-methylbutyrate) is a clinically studied, naturally occurring metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid leucine. HMB normally plays a role in regulating protein breakdown in the body and aiding in the maintenance of lean muscle tissue. HMB can therefore maintain muscle strength and mass in combination with regular training and a healthy diet. In addition, it can support recovery after intense exercise. |
