Metabolics Vitamin B2 Liquid is in its bioavailable form as riboflavin-5-phosphate. Riboflavin is a vital nutrient, important for health and is water soluble. Our body needs vitamin B2 to break down proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Vitamin B2 plays an important role in maintaining the body's energy supply.
