| Description | EnteroGuard ensures that the probiotic bacteria survive on their way to the small intestine, thus increasing their effectiveness. Jarro-Dophilus EPS is ideal for on the go when refrigeration is not possible. The capsules are individually sealed in blisters to ensure shelf life at room temperature. Jarro-Dophilus EPS is a stable Dophilus probiotic because it can be stored at room temperature and, thanks to its enteric film, the benign probiotic strains are protected on their way through the acidic stomach environment. The release system ensures that as many living cells as possible reach the digestive tract, where they can fully develop their supportive effect. The strains contained in Jarro-Dophilus EPS are selected from the following 4 bacteria: Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Lactococcus and Pediococcus. Probiotic strains such as B. longum BB536, L-rhamnosus R0011 and L. helveticus R0052 are well described and have been shown to interact with the digestive tract and intestinal flora through various mechanisms. These strains have been shown to have a positive influence on the composition of the intestinal flora, promote digestive tract health and support the immune response. |
