Ingredients: White beans (organic)
Cooking time: Approx. 1½ hours.
Preparation instructions: Soak white beans for at least 8-10 hours, preferably overnight. Then wash and clean under running water. Cover with fresh, clean water before cooking. Cook for 90 minutes at a low temperature.
Usage: Use for hearty stews, soups, bean puree, salads, etc.
Storage instructions: Please store in a cool, dry place.
