| Description | Every Day Mama Capsules is designed for women who prefer capsules to tablets. Every Day Mama Capsules contains exactly the same ingredients per two capsules as the Every Day Mama Tablets product, with the exception of Choline (110 mg instead of 150 mg), Vitamin C (80 mg instead of 200 mg), Calcium (120 mg instead of 200 mg) and magnesium (60 mg instead of 100 mg). These are dosed lower in the capsules, simply because more fits in one tablet than in two capsules. The product was developed on the basis of the latest scientific findings, tailored to current data on the nutritional status in Western Europe and optimal consumption levels per nutrient. |

This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years (mandatory notice for products with more than 20 μg of vitamin D per daily dose). As this product contains vitamin K, it is not suitable for concomitant use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These drugs are also known as vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by taking vitamin K through diet and supplements. |
