| Description | Both vitamin D3, known as the sun vitamin, and the lesser known vitamin K are important vitamins for the human body. A combination of vitamin D3 & vitamin K2 can be useful, the reason for this is that vitamin K2 and D3 only work optimally in a team. If vitamin D supplements are taken, the body produces vital proteins for the calcium metabolism in the body. However, these proteins can only be activated with sufficient vitamin K2, which means that an increased supply of D3 also increases it All-trans content of 100%.
