Glycine is. Glycine has the smallest molecule size among the amino acids and can therefore be effectively absorbed by the body through the intestinal wall. The combination of manganese and glycine (manganese bisglycinate) is therefore very bioavailable and can be optimally absorbed by the body.

The tablets are approx. 11 mm in size and can be comfortably consumed with liquid. Each tablet contains 10 mg of elemental manganese. According to the consumption recommendation, 1 tablet daily is recommended, so one can is sufficient for 12 months.
