G&G VITAMINS Turmeric & Curcumin is a mixture of turmeric root and turmeric extract that contains 95% curcuminoids - the highest concentration available. Most curcumin products use an inferior extract that contains 85% curcuminoids. Curcumin is the component of turmeric that has all of its beneficial properties. In turmeric food sources, curcumin is only 3%. To further increase curcumin, black pepper extract is included as it is known for increasing turmeric's bioavailability.
